(Stem-Loop Inhibition Mediated amplification)
技术可以在单管内通过多重PCR反应实现多个基因目标区域的扩增,利用独特的引物设计,重叠区域的扩增子形成一个茎环(stem loop)结构,阻止了引物的退火结合,进而抑制重叠区域扩增子的进一步扩增。
